Friday Nights with Yury Revich
"Friday Nights with Yury Revich”, a project of the MY ARTS non-profit cultural organisation, is brought to life by Yury Revich and Mia Papaefthimiou.
The aim of the project is the development of an innovative event circle (“Concerts of Arts”), which brings together music and other forms of art presented through a dialogue between established and young professionals.
The concept of “Friday Nights” is “Concerts of Arts”, the term invented by Yury Revich.
It is based on a synergy between Music, Fine Arts, Applied and Performative Arts, Dance, Fashion, Theater and Sensory Arts aiming to open new perspectives on the cultural field by listening to the arts and seeing the music.
The Friday Nights project is supported by established musicians, artists and professionals in the cultural field such as Sumi Jo, Ute Lemper, Peter Turrini, Paul Badura Skoda, Christiane Hörbiger, Angelika Kirchschlager, Simona Atzori, Sona MacDonald, Sunnyi Melles, Liudmila Konovalova, Thiago Soares, Davide Dato, Ferhan and Ferzan Önder, Maresa Hörbiger, Johanna Doderer, Maria Yakovleva, Mercedes Echerer, Nareh Arghamanyan, Elena Revich, Alexey Igudesman,Hasmik Papian, Donka Angatdscheva, Kotaro Fukuma and more than 80 young talented artists.
The series of event is presented in various locations such as: Musikverein Vienna, Belvedere Palace, Theater an der Wien, Hofburg Vienna, Bank Austria Salon (Altes Rathaus), Atelierhaus of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna (Semper-depot), Schwarzberg Vienna, Vienna Ballhaus, Haus der Industrie, ZOO Schönbrunn and others.
Friday Nights with Yury Revich is the official partner of UNICEF Austria, and hosts its annual Dreamland Gala in Theater an der Wien.
