Yury Revich was always keen on composing his own music since he was a child. He started exploring this by writing his own cadenzas to the violin concertos he performed on stage from an early age. He recently released his own orchestration of all 24 caprices by Paganini on edition Doblinger.
He was commissioned to compose and perform for the main stage of Dubai World Expo.
He was commissioned by the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) to create a piece that brings together 100 musicians from around the world to play for our planet Earth.
- In 2021 he co-wrote the hit ByeByeBye for Michaele Schulte, which landed in the top 20 of the official German charts;
- In September 2022, Yury Revich was in the top 100 on the Billboard Classical chart.
Early 2023 he just finished composing music for the new film produced by Oscar nominee and Emmy Winner Oren Moverman.
2023 will see his debuts as composer and performer at the international festivals around the world, performing his original music with Berlin Symphony, Munich Symphony, chamber music and premiere of his First Symphony “Kaleidoscope” with Firebird Orchestra in London and his new composition for Buddhist Choir to be premiered in the Golden Hall of Musikverein in Vienna.
